Sr. Armando Tavares has looked after his customers' cars for more than 30 years, a long stretch of them dedicated to Volkswagen-group cars. Some of those customers still bring him theirs today.
His son Nuno also came from Volkswagen. Together they opened a modern, well-equipped multi-brand workshop in Arrentela: clean floor, new lifts, and the same care for a Honda Jazz as for a BMW.

What customers write
I took my Passat with the chronic oil-pump problem, a fault known to be laborious. Nuno explained the diagnosis and the repair options clearly, with no rush or pressure. The problem was completely solved and the car runs like new.
Sr. Nuno saw the problem as soon as he looked at the car, and kept his promise to send a detailed quote by the end of that same day. They properly fixed what others didn't even try to diagnose.
Always with photos and updates during the job. The car went in on Monday morning and was ready on Thursday morning, after an extensive job. I was looking for a VAG guru, and Nuno, who worked at VW, is direct, concise and honest.
Nuno makes a point of explaining every detail. He sent photos of the parts he replaced and, when I picked the car up, showed them to me again and explained what each one does.
The workshop is exemplary in looks and cleanliness. A key point is the courtesy car, which solves the hassle of being without yours. The service was ready before the expected time.
